INTEC RUINED MY LIFE - I WANT MY REWARD AND REFUND BEFORE COB 20 FEB 17

<p>Intec College is the worst College in the world! I do not have words to start describe the poor service Intec offers it's students ! INTEC RUINS Lives !!!!!!!! <br />Student number - ********** 3050<br />I WILL NOT STAND DOWN UNTILL I HAVE EVERY CENT BACK THAT I PAID TOWARDS INTEC AND I WANT TO MAKE THAT EXTREMELY CLEAR !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!<br />Here is HOW YOU INTEC RUINED MY LIFE !<br />I studied addiction counseling at Intec, I have completed my course. In the course it does state that you must build up experience in a rehab center and work under a registered health care provider until such time that you can become a qualified addiction counselor. I completed my course last year and immediatley started to approuch rehab centre's in and around Johannesburg. NON of the Rehab centre's was willing to give me a chance , because this course MEANS NOTHING !! THIS COURSE MEANS NOTHING TO REHAB CENTRE'S !! WHY DESIGN AND ADVERTISE THE COURSE IN THE DAMN FIRST PLACE !!!?????? So I WASTED ONE FULL YEAR IN MY SOBRIETY !!! I COULD HAVE STARTED TO HELP OTHER ADDICTS , I COULD HAVE MADE A DIFFERENCE. PERHAPS INTEC does not UNDERSTAND what a FULL year in Sobriety means !! IT IS A LIFETIME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I started to contact INTEC approx 2 weeks ago to find out where is my reward. The lady said she will email me proof of completion. I AM STILL WAITING. Then I started to ask if I can speak to Senior Management as I WANT MY MONEY BACK FOR THIS COURSE. INTEC DO YOU FOR ONE MINUTE UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE WASTED A LOT OF MONEY ON YOU !!! AND ONLY TO FIND OUT IT WAS FOR NOTHING !!!!!!!!!!! DO YOU UNDERSTAND ???????????????????? Every single time I asked for senior management I was given excuses like we are off line, no you are not allowed to. The managers are all in a meeting , they cant talk to you, you are not allowed to talk to senior management - THESE ARE ALL EXCUSES NOT TO MENTION THE TIME I HAD TO HOLD ON EACH TIME I PHONED IN. NUMEROUS TIMES I COULD HEAR A PERSON PICK UP THE PHONE AND PUT IT DOWN AGAIN JUST NOT TO TAKE THE CALL ! INTEC HAS THE WORST CALL CENTER IN THE WORLD AND I WILL NOT BACK DOWN UNTILL EVERYBODY KNOWS IT. I started to call HEAD office and wanted to talk to Phillip Slatter / M Munsami or LM NAIR , I was intructed that I AM NOT allowed to speak to them at all. Eventually a manager named Craig called me back from Head office, I started crying as I WAS SO VERY VERY upset, I put the phone down in his ear. THAT was MONDAY. HE did not have the decency to call me back up to now !!!!! This morning I called head office again. Craig did not answer , I asked to be put through to the call center, That was 10 :00 , at 10:08 Nilesh answered the phone, I explained to him I want my money back, he said hold on for the team leader , I was on hold for 4 min, Nilesh said he spoke to Damian Pillay and he said under no circumstances will my request be granted as I have already completed the course, I said I want my proof of Completion to be emailed to me, Nilsesh said he will try , I ask why TRY and he said that he will have to look if I have completed the course. I LOST IT, DAMIEN PILLAY JUST TOLD HIM I CANNOT HAVE A REFUND BECAUSE MY COURSE WAS COMPLETED, NOW HE MUST STILL CHECK IF IT WAS COMPLETED !!! DAMIEN DIDNT EVEN LOOK AT MY PROFILE, HE JUST SAID NO , UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES !!!!!!!!! WHAT ??????????? THE BEST PART INTEC IS THAT WHEN I CALLED MORE THAN A YEAR AGO TO STUDY AT INTEC, THE RESPONSES WAS DIRECT AND FAST, BECAUSE I WANTED TO PAY UPFRONT AND IN CASH. Now that I want to complain NOBODY wants to Listen , NOBODY wants to help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! INTEC YOU NEED TO UNDERSTAND THIS, THE IMPACT THIS HAD ON MY LIFE IS immeasurable !!!!!! MY LIFE IS RUINED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WANT A REFUND OF MY FULL COURSE AND MY AWARD BEFORE CLOSE OF BUSINESS MONDAY 20 FEB !!!!</p>
