Intec robbing students off

Is there no way that intec college can be closed because it's really useless. All they know is debiting money for services not rendered. The consultant who assisted me was so eager to get me to pay the full amount for the course,but when I tried contacting her afterwards she never rep**** back to me.her name was Shubnum Mooiden.we agreed I would pay monthly through a debit order,but it never went through on the agreed date,had to call them again to ask what was happening. They said i must go pay at FNB.OK FINE keep in mind that if i miss payment that will affect my credit score. So I made sure I paid on time,but the sad part is that i keep on paying for nothing..I've been calling,emailing them trying to get clarity on my studies but they're just never available. Nobody likes paying for nothing..now I sent cancellation forms still they haven't called me to say they've received it,and they say I'll have to pay 80%of the total amount. I can't do that..some of are students and we can't afford getting ****** off like that..I'm taking this further up!this college is a joke.student number ***
