Intec review

I started with Intec SEP 2018 I completed my diploma exams for public relations and marketing in Nov 2021

My overall experience with Intec was a bit difficult due the difficulty to get help and get hold of people.

However at the end of Nov 21 I cam into contract with Ingrid Thorne who assisted me to follow up and I received at least my marks. Due to the lack of communication in the beginning I was frustrated by the time it took to get my get my certificate.

Ingrid Thorne as well as Mellisa Opperman were kind enough to explain the process. They explain that the external moderation was the delay and that the certificate actually came from the SABPP and not Intec. With the new information I was more patient and eventually this Feb 23 I received my completion letter as well as diploma certificate.

I would like to thank especially Ingrid for holding my hand during the laste leg of the journey with Intec. When I lost hope she kept encouraging me to be patient and that my hard work would pay off.
