Intec refuses to release my results

I enrolled with Intec for Business Administration certificate on June 2014 my contract ended 30 December 2015. I wrote a total of three subjects one in June session 2015 and another two in November 2015 session. I paid R450 for each subject now all of a sudden accounts department says my account is in arrears, how come?? They said I was charged for 3 subjects for November session. I have sent them emails and called but no one is able to help me. On the 10 of February 2016 I was suppose to receive my results when I called I was told my account is not cleared. This is ****************!! I demand my results because I DO NOT OWE INTEC A CENT. I have sms and email confirming the subjects I was scheduled to write in November. What upsets me even more is that the lady I spoke to at accounts said they are not allowed to call the Exam department the only thing they can do is send an email and wait for the response. I will never EVER enroll with Intec anymore, I WANT MY RESULTS!
