Intec Refuses to Refund for its Negligence

On Feb 2008 I registerd fo Drawing House Plans using Autocad at Intec.While going thru my study I noticed tht ther was a discrepancy between the study guide n the software,such tht I could not continue studying.<br> In Apr 2009 I called *** to inform Intec.Ther was NO RESPONS until the period of 2yrs givn to complete the course xpired in Feb 2010.<br> In Feb 2013 I initiated the process of requesting a refund.<br> Vukile sent me a letter dated 25 Jul 2014 signed by Shakir stating
