Intec Refuses To Help or Refund Me FOR THEIR MESS UP ! Blame it on the student ?

I registered with Intec in 2017, their study material was sent on time BUT with regards to communication and everything regarding my course, I got absolutely no help whatsoever. They quick to debit my account, but now that I'm requesting a refund (as advised by one of their accounts ladies) nobody wants to help. Student services rather tells me to settle my account before they hand me over and that they owe me no refund. Firstly, I have paid my account just missed one payment, JUST ONE !!! Yet, the exam centers they gave me all wanted me to register with them. So please tell me why the heck I paid Intect those thousands of rands ? Another thing, I was NEVER told or even warned that my contract is/would be expired in August. Intec and all its employees are ******* ! Refrain from using this shady institute.
