Intec refuses refund ********ly

My daughter could not do her course due to health reasons i asked for it to be transfered but it took to long. I then told them to cancel it. Now when i got hold of them after a couple of months not getting any response from them im being told my course has expired and i cannot claim a refund and i was never informed of this. I paid R14250.00 and Intec refuses to refund me.
