INTEC - Refund

NEVER in my life will I ever use INTEC again, and believe me, I will advise everyone against them. Word of mouth has power! I have cancelled with them in Jan 2023. We are in Feb 2024, and still struggling to get my refund. Always an excuse of the procedure to be followed and that the finance department are busy with the audits! Really, it takes INTEC finance department more than a year to audit an account and do the refund!

I think that INTEC are a ***** and imagine how many people they are ****ming with this? We as parents try to help our kids with a future and education, trusting INTEC to assist, and this is what happens! (AND I AM AN SINGLE PARENT) Can anybody maybe assist with a number where I can complain to somebody high up in the chain? And someone who actually does their work to help innocent hard working people like me?
