INTEC - NO SERVICE, REGISTERED & DELIVERS WRONG STUDY MATERIAL & HOLDS ON TO FUNDS AFTER DEREGISTRATION!

I registered my daughter for 2 subjects at Intec College. Paid the 2 subjects in full for the year. I later enquired about the study material which was supposed to have been delivered weeks ago. My daughter was told by Mandisa that she cannot get any study material without getting a student number. Mandisa was very unprofessional with her tone and wouldn’t assist my daughter with anything. After back and fourth emails I was told by Innocentia that the student numbers haven’t been given and the study materials should have been delivered. After eventually receiving the study material, I discovered Intec delivered the incorrect stuff. Not only did Intec send the wrong subject material but they had also registered her with the department of Education with the wrong subjects. I again called in and after receiving no assistance for days from Intec, I decided to de-register. I called in to ask them the process. I emailed Intec my initial application which stated the correct subjects and as per Intec, proof of payment, my account details and an explanation as to why I chose to de-register. All this was submitted- all the details as per Intecs requirements. I received an automatic reply, then a reply from Sharney who said she will get back to me within 2 to 3 weeks. That email was the 12th March, to date I have received no feedback. I have emailed and spoken to several people at Intec. All who’ve promised to email me feedback to no avail.

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMED ANYONE TO INTEC. NOT ONLY DO THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THEY HAVE A NONCHALANT ATTITUDE.

I have been dealing with Intecs incompetence since February. Dropped off the incorrect study material only to find a register book full of returns.

I asked for a time frame as to when I will receive my money. They can’t tell me... it’s been over a month!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY & YOUR TIME WITH INTEC! INTEC IS A JOKE!!!!
