Intec - New Students - When in doubt - DONT - Registration

<p>After numerous complaints on hello peter regarding intec's lack of response/interest I finally received feedback from Intec.</p> <p> </p> <p>- Requesting cancellation after being enrolled for 5 months.</p> <p>- Study material was returned no exams where written</p> <p> </p> <p>Intec will only refund you at their discretion. Meaning there is no actual percentage that you may refer to, to justify the sum they are taking from you, its merely what they want to take after “reviewing the case”. Whereas other colleges will state what percentage will be refunded depending on when/whether exams are written etc.</p> <p> </p> <p>To get down to the point after 5 months of being a student, and paying my fees in full (my mistake)</p> <p> </p> <p>INTEC is charging me 80% of my fees if I want to proceed with my cancellation.</p> <p> </p> <p>So thank you Intec for holding me back for a year in fulfilling my academic goals.</p> <p> </p> <p>Its clearly established over this situation and many other students complaints that intec’s main interest lies in their personal gain rather than promoting the people of tomorrow - even if it means ripping them off financially. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would sincerely request that if you read this post while doing random searches on the college for registration purposes. Please consider your choice very carefully. There are many many other colleges who actually deliver in terms of support in your modules, who’s student portals are up and running more often than not, and who don’t penalize you for wanting to leave their institution.</p>
