You never answer mails, you fail to provide information, but you so gladly take my money - I consider that *****ing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Can I quit or de-register as it would be a shame to me to tell anyone that I study through a place thus just takes my money and provide not little, not the minimum BUTTTTT ZEEEERRRRRROOOO support.

I submitted my assignments in Feb 2020 already and heard nothing back- Sent is again 7 times after that and one agents sees it and one don’t. Then they are busy marking it – then I need to resubmit. Got an email to say results will be sent in 30 day??? What a joke – I have received nothing back from you for the last 130 days.

I live in Midrand – phoned today - what is the address for the exam facility in Pretoria or Randburg – WE DON’T KNOW- Are you kidding me? Confirmed again that no one is helping me with my student portal that allows me to log in but has no content. Three people promised to phone me back I am still waiting 3 weeks has passed again.

I asked when we will get a scope – you wont!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW so you tell us yes then no? Are we supposed to study all million pages – (As the call centre agent said- yes management decided that)

HOW DO I DEREGISTER without you *****ing more of my money????????????
