Intec needs to refunde and remove my son on their database

I app**** at Intec College for my some to be registered in 2020,and it took them 3 months before they could register,I then decided to cancel the application and they gave me the forms for the cancelation in order for me to get my refund,I still have not received my money,they also did not cancel my son's application,instead they are sending e mails and sms to say we owe fees,I have been sent from pillar to post,when I asked for my refund and they do not respond to my emails with a clear answer on when my son's name will be removed from their database and when I will receive my refund,I have emails to prove that they have treated me like a fool since January 2020.
