Intec needs to be shut down

I have cancled and requested a refund that they confirmed on email i could get within 8 weeks. Its been 6 months. Nobody anwsers the phones or the emails and still every month they try to deduct the payment.

After Registering and paying. We had a huge problem with the languages that the controlled tests need to be written in. I confirmed many times that I will be able to do these subjects in Afrikaans. Firstly I was registered for the wrong course from your side as advised by Andre Venter. After that my registration had to be moved to a different course because of a mistake from Intec’s side. Werby he also confirmed that I will be writing the exams in May and not in November. Then when I was registered they revered me to go register at a school to write the exams there. They sent me to Hoërskool Eland****rt. When I showed up there they havent been an exam centre since 2020 Then they revered me to Hoërskool Hercules who is also not a Exam Centre. I then found out by myself that Hoërskool CR Swart is a exam centre and went to register. I registered with them to write in Afrikaans as well. Now Intec wants me to write my controlled exams and my assignments in English. After I already started to study in Afrikaans and also bought all my books in Afrikaans. How do I study for an English test with an Afrikaans book ? How do I write controlled exams in English and then my end year exam in Afrikaans?
