Intec lacks efficient communication.

In 2005 I completed my Journalism and Media Studies Certificate through Intec College. My certificate was ****** in 2007. I paid and app**** for a re-issued certificate, but up to date no answer. I send e-mails, but no response or even a phone call. I am extremely disappointed in Intec College.
