INTEC JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY!!!!

I app**** for a course at the end of January and paid my R2500.00 deposit. A day later I got personal news that prevents me from studying now. I immediately contacted Intec on the 2nd of February toget cancellation forms. In the contract it states that you may cancel the contract within 14 days of signing it. Since I signed it on the 30th of January and cancelled on the 2nd of February, that makes it 2 days (Saturday and Sunday). Therefore I should have my cancellation letter by now. But instead I have been informed that it has to go to a committee and will take 2 weeks! That is breach of contract!!!! Until I get that letter they can debit my account which is *****ING!!! Now I've been told the committee is only meeting on Friday and I might get the cancellation letter sometime next week. This is a DISGRACE!! INTEC ARE A BUNCH OF ******* and I will also report them to the ombudsman. I want this matter resolved promptly Intec.
