Intec just goes silent

After doing research on Mechanical Engineering Diploma's I was contacted by a representative of Intec College. With this the customer service was excellent. Then I had to start actually studying. Apparently all new student gets an advisor (I never got an advisor). I had to figure out how to work My Student Portal myself. I then finished my assignments and tried to register for examinations. I had the worst time trying to figure this out. Missed the first set of exams due to no feedback from any one I contacted. I then joined a group of students and they assisted one another. Late last year we received a mail that the second semester examinations will need to be moved. And after that we heard nothing until November. Stating that the exams will now be in March 2025 and we need to register and pay before exams. Then the wait started. Cancellation after cancellation and then suddenly just silence. I paid R15 000.00 for absolutely nothing. I have a WhatsApp group full of students in the same boat as me. I have spoken to a lawyer or 2 and they all say that I will be wasting my money to sue Intec. Please help us.
