Intec is useless

This is ridiculous I canceled with intec over a year ago yet they still have me listed as a bad payer which is effecting my credit score now. Dispite numerous calls and emails they have not sorted this issue out. I can't believe the incompetence from this company and advise everyone to avoid using intec
