Intec is unprofessional and wastes students' dreams!

I only received my study material in June 2015. I've started my N4 assignments and half way through I realized there's actual pages and modules left in my study material. Long story short, I finally had to post the incomplete booklets back to them and waited months for them to assist but no one ever did. I was unable to complete my first exams and got sick of waiting. I then completed a deregistration form and been told I should wait 90 days (from November 2015) for them to refund me. I am still waiting!!!! Its been 6 months now! This is my second complaint on Hellopeter. After my first complaint Intec promised to refund me by the end of April 2016 -yet another lie. After all this time that I've been struggling with them, posting my study material back to them, not being able to study at all; they are only willing to refund me 50%!!!! It is despicable how they treat students and how they **** everyone from their hard-earned money! I demand a full refund and I will no longer wait for them. I am at a stage where I am considering taking this matter further and urge everyone else who is struggling with them to do the same. INTEC is unprofessional and do not tend to their students' needs at all!
