intec is so unreliable and unprofessional

i wrote my exam in 2018, and still today i have not revived my certificate and this is holding me back as i need the certificate to complete my studies and get a job, all my fees and paid up but still intec is no where to be found , and their communication is very bad , i cant recommend them to anyone .
