Intec is not the college to study through!

I registered with Intec October 2015 to do an ICB Administration Course.The first year's study material consists of 13 Units.On the 23rd of November I only received 8 Units and immediately contacted the student call centre to report that 5 units have not been received. On the 26th of November a student consultant called to tell me my 5 units were dispatched on their way.The following week I contacted the college again and the courier service to find out what is going on, just to find out the student consultant had no idea what they were doing and in fact she was referring to the original shipment. I contact the call centre again and complained not receiving the 5 units.I even went onto the Intec website and laid a complaint there too.Someone did call me from the stores department and agreed that they can see that 5 units were not sent as the shipment only weighed 4.6kg and 13 units cannot weigh such a small amount as the books are fairly large and that they will get back to me. We are now sitting on the 28th of December and I STILL do not have these 5 units! My first exam is on the 15th of February 2016 - I don't have the books. I am fed up and highly annoyed. Send my books!
