Intec is not a college it is a ****

I am absolutely appalled by the lack of service by Intec. They literally hounded me until i had made payment then I could never get hold of anyone again. I cancelled my course, which i was due to start in January 2022, in November of 2021. It is now April 2022, I still do not have a student number, I am being debited every month for a course i am not taking and no one has responded to any of my emails or calls. I can't tell you how many calls i have made where i sat on hold for no less than 30 minutes and up to 1 hour 10 minutes before being dropped. What is worse is there doesn't seem to be any end to this. If anyone has found a way to get in touch with someone who can help please do share.
