Intec is just ignoring me,,

Intec is not helpful,,, I'm doing my fitting and turning n1.. An I'm due to write my control tests in September and I need to register before 18 august but there's no forms that has been sent to me it's already the 15th august ,, and further more no scope. I was told the registration forms would be sent and also the scope would be released but I was told that they don't set the papers so theres no scope but they sent me a scope for n4 n5 and n6 scope lol just showing how helpful dey are that's the wrong information I need cause I'm doing n1
