Intec is basically running a ****

Intec college is basically a **** running. They take your money yet minimal services are rendered.

I registered in March 2021 and after enrolment disaster hit. No updates. Problem with student portal. Have to repeatedly email and call to confirm stuff. I had already paid my 3000 deposit and decided to cancel before the first debit order went thru.

I called the student advisor and she confirmed she would forward my cancelation request. She also confirmed for me cancelation takes 24 hours to process.i was cc'd on all emails requesting cancelation and yet 8 months later I am still receiving emails requesting payment and now collections department is phoning me. Intec is the worst. Pathetic service.

I know the principal is Phillip Slater. Can't find an email address for him anywhere.
