Intec is a unprofessional institution tricking us with lies

I am absolutely disgusted with the way intec lies and sells that they offer support to students and all. I payed for my course in January, I only got any feedback around end of February, sometime during April/May I only received a time table for my course which is just unprofessional, now before receiving this I had already deregistered for the course as I found it very difficult without help, I stopped paying fees because I had already deregistered with them. They haven't provided me with any feedback since April it is now heading for July. I've sent endless emails and phone calls that ends up having me transferred between departments and I am now listed with lawyers because my student account is in arrears. I am at wits end now. I don't know what more to do. Intec are a bunch of lying *********.
