Intec is a ****

I registered with Intec only to realize i was given a false information then decided to cancel the course I had already paid R2000 instead of getting refund the told me I must fill the forms which I did. They told me that I need to pay 80% still if I continue to cancel Now I am told that I am black listed.Intec must be shut down so many people are not happy how do we report to depart of Education for help
