Intec is a ****!!!!

the service received from this college is appalling. from registration, i was under the impression that the course i am registering for is an 18 months course and the agent that was assisting had confirmed that it indeed was but only to my surprise after registration it is a first year and 2nd year course. this was in Oct 2019. Nov i submitted my First assignment- i still haven't received marks those marks till today. i called in in Feb as i was submitting more assignments with no results , i was told there is a backlog. as time went i thought, maybe im the one who's doing wrong, i contacted the Agent who was assisting with registration to asking if im sending assignments on the correct email, Anathi Zahn-Titus- she straight told me she DOES NOT KNOW!!!....HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE!!!!!. i sent an email to Andre Venter regarding this, he referred me to Teddy Manganyi, who still hasn't responded to an email that was sent in February. i would never recommend this institution to anyone, at some point i stopped paying because i feel that i am paying for services that i am not getting, and they were ran to hand me over as if im getting what is due to me. eventually i made a payment, sent an email to accounts so i can get an updated statement, did they respond? NO!! i am so upset, infact i feel it is not worth it anymore i want my money back!
