Intec is a complete waste of time and money

<p>I've started studying at Intec at the beginning of the year 2016. All fees were paid upfront.They said that all study material for mechanical N1 will be mailed. 30 days later I received the flash drives with some assignments and exam test papers and no text books (which I was led to believe were included). After a few calls and days later they let me know that I have buy the textbooks. The books that I needed to get are not published any more. I needed to buy the new N1 books which helped a little bit. I finished the first assignment and emailed it for marking.</p> <p>After 2 weeks they notified me that the assignment was received. So I started with the rest of the assignments. After 31 days they notified through sms I failed and they would post it back for further details. I redid the assignment and sent it back after a weak for remarking. The same process afterwards, 30 later the notified me I have failed again. I have called them on numerous times asking them to mail the assignment because it was never received through post. They promised me on numerous time that they would mail it to me but I have yet to receive it. After numerous calls and promises that they would mail it to me they told me eventually that they would post it since they can't email it. It is presicely 1 month and 1 week later and I'm still waiting.</p> <p>I really did want to study through Itec because everything looked promising and they looked like they were willing to help me untill the full payment was made, then everything fell apart. My mother also studies through Intec and receive much better service since she's paying monthly than me who paid the full amount upfront.</p> <p>Think twice before studying through Intec College.</p> <p>I would like a full refunt or you can stuff it if you like.</p> <p>Futhermore I won't invite anyone to study through your business.</p>
