Intec ignoring our cancellation request

Student Number: ***<br> An add on to a previous report of Intec's BREACH OF CONTRACT and their now their refusal to allow us to cancel and return all our money that they CONTINUE to take every month!!! We are now 4 months down the line - first report of breach of contract was done on 29th of December 2014. We have tried to cancel and they have ignored our request even though we have completed all the forms they demanded we complete, and sent them in. They are still debiting our bank account and promising to get back to us every time we call them to complain. We have had absolutely no joy whatsoever and they flatly refuse to help us. So they will keep debiting the account, keep our huge deposit that we paid and just not bother? I cannot believe that companies like this still exist. There must be some place we can report them to.
