intec has the worst student service

The service that I and I'm sure many other students have recived is pathetic I have paid and was promised study material within 21days over a month and still nothing then I'm told there is no books to send me ! Then I was told a partial shipment was to be done still NOTHING ! does not help you email or phone them all you are told is we will call you back and you never hear from them again no one responds to emails and on top of that my student number keeps changing !!! Really dissapointed in Intec I have certainly made the wrong choice !!
