INTEC GRANTS ME MY REFUND

After much correspondence and fighting with Intec to get my course refunded, the DHET and QCTO got involved and met with the GM of Intec, Martin Koch, and Manager Shakier Achmat, to discuss the matter. The final decision made was for me to get 100% refund, as well as complete my course free of charge. Many thanks to Intec for this!
