INTEC FEES NOT REFUNDED

I wanted to amend my Matric Certificate via the institution. However, after submitting my documents and paying my fees, I was still not registered and was informed that there was a backlog and that I would be given a student number and study materials so I patiently waited.

About three weeks later I was informed that there was no seating available for me because the booking date with the department had closed on the day I had registered. So after waiting for quite a long period I still was not given anything from the college showing that I was a student the institution and had vital information withheld on top of it all. I then informed the consultant that I was dealing with to refund my fees and she said that it would be done. I sent in my deregistration form.

After a year, nothing has been done about this matter. I have not been given any feedback nor has money been returned. Despite my inquiries made to the institution, my complaint has fallen on deaf ears.
