intec doesnt wanna pay back my money

since my last report a lady by the name 'Nadiemah Parker' called me and said they gonna help me get my money from them. she asked me to send her all the documents i have to prove that i have registered with them and all the communications between me nd thr consultant mary nyakama. thy sent me papers to fill and send back and said they will get bck to me. now weeks have passed and no one is saying anythng to me and this lady 'Nadiemah Parker' is not even responding to my emails too. which i now believe is the nature of thr business not to respond to thr clients
