Intec doesnt care about their students

I have studied via correspondence at two other colleges before, and it wasn't perfect...but Intec college is the worst!!!! I had to phone every time for my marks when submitting assignments. I'm writing exams in about 10 days...but haven't received any of my assignments back on my subjects submitted to help me prep. During exam registration a subject was missing, I phoned and a very rude lady (the line was also so soft I could hardly hear her) told me to just write it in with pen and send that through with proof of payment. I then mailed the college to make sure I heard the lady correctly and was told via email a second time to just write the subject in. I finally did all this and send the mail to exam registration (which was provided on the registration form), just to have my registration emails fail with a notice that the recipients mailbox is full...this continued for two days until I mailed their complaints department. So a week later I got my registration confirmation....the subject was still missing. I mailed all the email addresses several times that I could get my hands on...and still no assistance. So here I am a few days before exam...uncertain about what's going on. I phoned and mailed., wasting my breath and time. I paid for my studies and my exams...but not receiving the services...so what did I pay for???????????? Intec is certainly not keeping to their part of our contract. AMAZING SERVICES INTEC COLLEGE....taking money but not rendering the expected services that your sales people promise.
