Intec doesn't want to give me my certificate

Don't know where to start I have been waiting for my reward since 28 November 2015,and my reward was processed in January 2016 and sent on the 19 February 2016 .Today I received the parcel and inside was wrong certificates belonging to someone else .When I call the head office no one answered.I'm so ****ed off ,this people they don't even care .I'm so angry
