INTEC does not respond to my enquiries

I've registered to study through INTEC- Vanessa Leo was AMAZING in regards to helping me with the registration process and how it all will work as i haven't studied in a while. After registration she referred all my inquiries to Rosanna. I do not get a response from her and if i do it is about 1 email a week. I received my study material via memory stick-In my booklet it states that INTEC will send me an sms with my password- I did not have access to my documents because it required a password-A week later i received an response stating the password is my ID number.. So there my time was already wasted.Now i don't have a password to create an INTEC email address- It also states i will receive an sms. Still no sms.. I am 23 years of age and haven't been studying since i matriculated. I do not know where to start or how to do the work.. I do not know where to begin, how the exams work..NOTHING. I was really looking forward to study through INTEC but right know i'm really disappointment in the service i'm receiving. Why does nobody want to help me or even tell me how to start and with what do i need to start!!
