INTEC DOES NOT ASSIST THEIR STUDENTS

My daughter is studying Hotel Management at Intec. The course is a 3-year course and she started in 2021. She has to write exams coming June. We have paid for the course in full. We sent many, many emails to register and other relative questions but we get absolutely no reply from Intec. Is this the new South African standard?
