Intec - do not resolve queries

I would just like to warn anyone that may be considering doing a course with Intec to reconsider and rather use another supplier. I did a very basic beginners Zulu course and had endless hassles trying to get my results. They never sent me the answer sheets back with my assignments (well they did for the first assignment but that's all). I can't tell you how many phone calls I had to make and how many emails I had to send to eventually get the results of my last 2 assignments. They are disorganised, apathetic and really don't care about customer service. A basic query takes months to resolve. With both courses I have done with Intec there have been problems. It is unbelievable the hassle I had to go through to get my last two assignments marked. And it is also frustrating because you can not get through to a manager or supervisor either.
