Intec *******ion

I have been given over to the ITC department and blacklisted by INTEC college without any reason to me directly. I was financially supporting a student in 2014 to complete her grade 10 with Intec. However she did not receive her results yet and their reasoning is due to outstanding fees on the account. I have requested a settlement amount in order to close the account in advance and I have paid that amount in on the 20/11/2014. They have then confirmed to me telephonically that the account has been settled in full. This is then false information and reasoning to why I am blacklisted and outstanding on the account.
