Intec - Contact your students!!!!

Dear Intec College;

I am sincerely appalled at the lack of service you have chosen to offer. I recently registered to Study with Intec college, Student number: ***.

Upon receiving access to the student portal 3 weeks later; I noted that my course material did not correspond to the information I was given my my Student Advisor Pedro Peffer. I tried emailing him several times, tried calling but the numbers on his email signature do now not exist, i have also tried the student line to get through to him with no avail and no other adviser is willing to assist because the information I was given does not align with the course content. Furthermore, I have not received orientation/enrollment packs which my course keeps asking me to refer to.

I am not only frustrated that I paid for my course in full, but that i have now lost complete and utter faith in your institution as well as Pedro Peffer including the fact that the course I have paid for is not what I was advised upon.

Before I escalate this to the ombudsman, please ensure someone from your institution gets in contact with me.
