Intec colloge or money making scheme

Intec has given me alot of ups and downs this year (2023) I started at intec at the begining of 2023 and with zero help from there help line orsales reps i couldnt recieve any of the study materials they have promised me. After a brieve struggle I could finaly cancel my contracted with them in April 2023. Fast forward to Desember 4 2023 I get emailed a statemant saying the i owe intec an amount of almost R8000 and my credit score has gone from above avarge toe below. And i am stuck woth lifes ups and downs with no way out because of intec having no concern if everything was canceld or not. ( intec did not contact me throw out the rest of the year to tell me about any of this i just recieved the onvoice on 4 December ) completly blindsided
