Intec college worst service and taking people's money

The worst mistake I made was to enroll with INTEC College, I enrolled with intec int February 2022 and since the time I enrolled with them I could not access the student portal, I have sent out email to them requesting assistance to get the problem to sort out but never got the assistance. I then request to cancel with them in April 2022 which that they could not assist with also. Finally in August 2022 I got the cancellation forms which I completed and sent to them now they don't want to refund me the amount we paid and want to charge with a whole lot of money for they charges. Worst company ever to deal with you hold onthey phone line 20min and more before you speak to anyone and when they answer and ask to speak to management they always in a meeting.
