Intec College worst college ever.

INTEC COLLEGE YOU SHOULD HANG YOU HEAD IN SHAME. Intec is the worst company ever. My daughter signed up last September for 2 courses. They immediately started deducting money from the account. However my daughter was never able to access her student portal. It has been a continuous stream of phone calls trying to get someone to assist her for over a year and she still has no access to her study material. From September to April the debit order went off every month. Then covid hit and we contacted them to ask for a payment holiday as the school was on lockdown and most parents were not paying their school fees. We were told they do not do payment holidays. So while the rest of the Country was banding together to help each other Intec stood firm that they were not prepared to assist in any way. After me carrying on like a lunatic we were finally given the name and number of a Shakeer who has been promising to sort out the student portal since April and well as arrange a payment plan for us. Besides email my daughter her first module he has done nothing but make empty promises. And to add insult to injury they are still putting through the full debit order every month just changing the dates like some sleaze con on Facebook, costing a whole lot of bank charges. On Monday he promised me that he would have the student portal as well as a payment plan sorted by the latest yesterday now he is not answering his phone. I
