Intec college wont award me the certificate I payed and study for for 4 years.

I have registered with intec college in 2018 to do ECDlevel 4 and I completed my course and payed all the money for it. I enrolled with jouburg branch ,then in 2019 they printed my statement of result for all subject to that I have completed it.But to this date I have not received my certificate, every now en then I will go to one of their branch in Pretoria for the progress on my certificate they give me a run around. Yesterday I did again go to Pretoria branch and this time I was not happy because they again told me they have send the head office my request for certificate I should again go back home en wait for a reply . I told the person helping me consultant Lesedi Mojadebi to call the manager for me . The manager told me he doesn't like my attitude because I was loud He told me to go back to Johannesburg to get help there because he did not enroll me at his branch. The Managers name Gordon Mahlaba. So it's been 4 years waiting for certificate and there's is no hope as I was told to go to Jouburg and I'm based in Pretoria now .
