Intec college will hand you over for money you do not owe them!

So Intec college has repeatedly handed me over to lawyers for outstanding exam fees for the fast 5+ years. Every time they admit it is a mistake but a few months later the whole thing repeats itself. I then received another letter of demand from lawyers. In order to prevent further action, stress and inconvenience I paid the outstanding balance and took matter up with Educor. I have now received in writing again that it is a mistake and that they owe me the amount I paid which they said initially was in arrears. Now they want me to fill in forms and wait up to 90 days to get a refund????????? This is money which I never owed them but was forced to pay and now they do not want to return it. For a company who deals in education it shocking that they cannot even do the basic things right. Be warned that Intec will charge you for fees even if you do not owe them. Still awaiting feedback from them.
