Intec college what a waste of my 2 years studying

For the past 2 years have I struggled with them... No returns of marked assignments... Loosing my exam registration forms... telling me i never registered... I was eventualy aproved this year... have my exam time table but they managed to loose my PI form... witch was in the same email as my exam registration form i am due to write tomorrow at 13:00 and my PI have not recieved any exam paper... I phoned Intec colege... they state they have not recieved my PI form but the aproved me for PI... they said it will be sorted out they promised by today and guese what they havnt done anything... how am i supose to write exam at a paid facility where i cant ask for a refund and they dont even care about the students... I am so upset I want to finnish my studies I cant handle this ... everytime next year... next year... next year... by the end of the day i will be a student for the rest of my ****** life... but you have to pay and pay and they dont even give you the support you pay for
