INTEC COLLEGE terrible admin and management

I completed a course in 1999 but lost my Diploma in 2010, after numerour emails, phone calls and attempts, I was asked to send Affidavits, ID, etc which was all done. I had to send all the above mentioned documnets twice because it was either lost or apparently not received.. I paid for a duplicate but after 18 months of back and forth was finally sent a certificate of a course I did not complete with my name spelt incorrectly. I was asked to send the incorrect one back, at my expense , (From abroad, in Malta) I have requested a correct one now to prove my qualification at work, and am told it needs to first be investigated and it has not been received, I have a tracking number and track and trace say that it was collected on the 06/08/2015? I have emails dates back to 2010 begging someone to help me. The admin is clearly in shambles. No one takes responsibilty for their mistakes and clearly no one goes a mile to help you. Maybe in 2020 I will come right. <br> Thanks for nothing INTEC.
