Intec College Sucks really

The problem is that I registered for 1 exam. On Intec system I registered for 2. They send me statements that my account is in areas. I never ever skipped an installment and my exam was payed in full at the capetown campus. I never received my result and no one called me saying that my account is in areas I had to call them. The results was release the 10th of Feb already and I still didn't receive anything. The way I see Intec College, they just in for the money but they don't care about their students. Since I'm with Intec College I never ever receive any courtesy calls from them what's so ever. Their service are extremely poor and I'm still awaiting on a text book of mine, they send me a duplicate text book and never send me the correct book even after I logged a call and that was a year ago. Intec college is really not on top of their game they just patatic with any type of service doesn't matter what it is. I will never study there again or recommend someone to go study there. Intec College really suck.
