INTEC COLLEGE refusing to cancel my study contract

Dear HelloPeter please kindly help with Intec college I have struggling to get a positive reply from the school regarding my cancellation of the course ,since first day of applying to study Educare with the college they send me wrong study material and when I queried about it they took so long to send me the correct study material and then I took it upon with the admin lady by the name of Cheryl who was helping me at that time with the application to say that I'm no longer interested in studying with the college after I have given her the above mentioned complaints therefore she send me a cancellation later and since last of last year in have been sending this cancellation letter to all the relevant department to assist me with the cancellation but no luck...im at a point where am tired because this is tarnishing my name..so HelloPeter is my last resort in resolving this and being able to continue with my life and be able to register with another college and further my studies.
