INTEC COLLEGE REFUND PROBLEM

Hi guys, I am in need of help. I have contacted Intec college in Jan t send me a refund form because i paid for exams that I couldn't write because they didn't send me the needed documents to be able write, so I filled the refund form in at it said on the form that it woupd take 90 days for me to get a confirmation on my refund. I emailed it to them at the end of January ans it is well over my 90 days I have ben emailing them asking what is happening and they will not respond only every 3 weeks saying they don't when my refund will be released, I am in desperate need of that money because I have school fees to pay. Can you please help
