intec college problem with receiving results

I have submitted all my assignments and want to know my results to see whether I have passed, I keep contacting student support but they keep telling me they are waiting for feedback. So now I do not know if I have to redo an assignment in order to pass. What if time runs out and I do not get my diploma because they cannot give me my results. The woman I spoke to at student support told me to email a complaint through, because they cannot do anything. This is absolutely ridiculous!
